We have been seeing Dr. Cookston since 2016. While she was on maternity leave, we met Dr. Hickey and she is who we see now. Both doctors are extremely knowledgeable and have been wonderful with my daughter. They are always patient and kind, and most importantly, they always listen to my concerns. They helped my daughter stop patching one eye and identified the root cause of her issues, creating an effective recovery plan. I definitely recommend them.

Her expertise and genuine concern for her patients' well-being are evident in every interaction. Trish, the vision therapist, is simply amazing. She is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and dedicated to helping her patients achieve the best results possible. Her positive attitude and personalized approach make each therapy session enjoyable and effective. My husband has been receiving treatment for an acquired brain injury, and thanks to Dr. Cookson and Trish, his vision has improved significantly. He is able to more confidently perform his daily tasks and has noticed a remarkable difference in his overall quality of life. I had a painful, very visible irritation in my right eye that came on suddenly requiring me to stay home from work. I called a few optometrists asking for an urgent meeting and was able to get a next day appointment with Dr. Hickey. She was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. The process was smooth and Dr. Hickey and her staff did a wonderful job leading me through each step so nothing felt unexpected or uncomfortable. She spent over 90 minutes with me and went past her office's closing time to make sure she examined me thoroughly and I left with a prescription and a prompt referral. She and her office were excellent in every way.

Just had my eye exam with Dr. Hickey; She took her time to explain the procedures, provided informed answered to my questions and was, overall a relaxing non-rush experience. Ive been through my share of eye exams in the past, this one was by far the best. PS Kudos for not trying to sell me frames at the end of the visit.

This is the best optometrist we've ever had! Dr. Laura Cookson and her team are such a pleasure to work with. She takes detailed notes, asks great questions, communicates so well, follows up and makes referrals when applicable. We have been shopping around for a Family Doctor for years and they are the standard that we go by. I don't expect Dr's to memorize everything about you, just keep good records. I would recommend her practice to anyone! We are moving to Paris,On next near and dread having to find another optometrist.

Had a great experience at InDepth Vision. First time being to an optometrist, and I have a bit of a phobia when it comes to the whole process. Dr Hickey was absolutely fantastic. She made me feel at ease, gave me alternative methods of doing things so I felt more comfortable. She made me feel heard and is extremely personable. The ladies at the front were very accommodating and I was able to be seen the day I called to address my concerns. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend having your eye care at InDepth Vision. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Hickey’s for several years now and she always provides excellent excellent eye care and advice and I can tell she is very experienced. She is very pleasant and is an excellent communicator. Visits with her are very efficient and enjoyable. The front desk staff are always friendly, accommodating and do a great job communicating with you about important information about your appointment. They also ensure that the appointment runs in a timely fashion. Overall, visits at InDepth Vision are smooth, efficient, and timely, while the care is excellent and I always feel very comfortable throughout my visits.

I received an excellent and honest review. They were professional and informative in their assessment. I also appreciate how honest they were and telling me that while there may be a few treatments they can offer me, the treatments were unlikely to make a material difference from my specific eye condition. Meaning, vision therapy may help me but it is not going to drastically improve my eye problems. I appreciate their honesty as other people may take your money saying their services can help implying that it will make a big difference in your life. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to go there for an honest and fair assessment.

VERY impressed with InDepth! Had my own great first experience a couple of months ago with Dr. Hickey. I was pleased with the very warm and friendly ladies at the front desk, and Dr. Hickey's kind and informative approach, but was wowed by the response yesterday to an emergency situation with my son, not only how quickly they were able to see him but the very kind and sensitive demeanor Dr. Cookson had, and how comfortable they all made us both feel. Highly recommend! Thank you ladies! Really appreciate your professionalism and kindness!
